Do you, when doing things that you dislike the most, such as studying, suddenly have an urge to to complete tasks that you will never do on normal days no matter how much your parents nagged for you to do it all this time. For instance, cleaning out you drawer or wiping your desk and furnitures in you room. I think this is my main weakness. Just as I was starting on my FIN 350 essay, I suddenly had an urge to clean and arrange all my CDs and files. Amazing...I never thought of doing this before when I am free but choose to do this only when I have an essay to write. So my plan to complete my essay within the morning was pushed to the afternoon. I spent all morning cleaning my drawer and arranging my files. But, I gained from it. I finally found my "Evita" soundtrack!!Woo-hoo!! Now I am listening to it like 24/7. I just missed those days. I admit that I love musicals(especaially those with good songs and lyrics) although I didn't get to watch any in England because I thought it was overpriced. This is why I can never study with my iTunes on at the same time. I have this peculiar habit of listening to the lyrics. I like a song when the lyrics are good and so is the melody. I will never like a song that even though has a nice melody but rubbish lyrics that are unmeaningful OR a lousy melody with good lyrics. I feel that these two components are equally important to constitute a good song.Yes..I am fussy. That is why I only have 200 something songs in my 4 GB iPod..

Anyways, back to my latest discovery of my soundtrack, whenever I listen to it, I feel like I am 11 years old when my mom first brought me to the cinema to watch this movie. I heard that the movie was not as good as the real play...but hey, better than nothing. This soundtrack causes a nostalgic feeling to rise inside me again. And I finally listened to a song that I had not listen to for a looonggg time...Correct me...but I don't think that this song is available in the original play..This song was written specially for the movie.."You Must Love Me". I love the lyrics which explains a woman's fear of losing her loved one.Well, that's how I interpreted the song. I also love the fact that only the piano and the cello was used for this song. No electric guitars or drums which could be heard in 98% of all songs. The only song I know where there was only the piano was "Goodbye My Lover" which I love too. There must be other songs but my music genre is pretty limited to Chinese pop and recommendation by friends. Anyway, Madonna's vocal was also quite good in this song. Another love factor. Thus, it is not suprising this song won an Oscar.

Yes..I am bored. I arranged my blog to be updated every week. But nothing has happened durin g this week, unless you want to hear about M&M proposition. No, it's not about the M&M chocolate, it's a boring idealistic theory with regards to the capital structure and dividend policy . So, my blog update has been done for this week. Until next week or anything that is worthwhile blogging...

*poof*
